The communication team at Connection Point Benefits understands that employees are most concerned with their core benefit package, and when changes are made they are concerned. During the education meeting employees will receive a complete explanation of their current core benefits and have an opportunity to ask questions. Any changes in those benefits will be clearly explained using terms that your employees understand, not industry terminology. If the employee decides to enroll in a diferent plan they will receive a benefit statement reflecting this change along with the vendor's contact information should the individual have additional questions.
